I am guessing you are asking me?

Only thing I know about my name check is the inquary I made by email to FBI.
They responded within two months.. Here is the response..

I am responding to your e-mail sent October 27, 2004, requesting status
for an FBI Name Check.

A review of the FBI's Name Check Program database concerning XXXX revealed a request was received from the United States Citizenship
and Immigration Services (USCIS) on December 22, 2002 and it was
completed on December 23, 2002. The results were forwarded to USCIS.

Yes if I remember correctly.
I-485 biometrics is CODE 1
and I-765 biometrics is code 3.

It is very comforting that I am not alone on this journey..
Hopefully our day will come!

Oh.. After I get the green card I am planning on applying for a job at the CIS.
These five years have taught me a lot...
Or maybe I should become an immigration attorney :D
 
I had LUD change on 3/10/06. My congressman's office said, my NC is cleared. So hope for the best. She said I should hear something soon.

We appeared for Bio metrics code-3 on March 11th,2006.But there was no LUD in my online case status.you said you had FP on 09MAR06 and LUD on 10MAR06.
How to know about LUD?
