EB2/EB3 approvals/ pending LUD /RFE with PD current on Jan/Feb/Mar 2006 onwards......

Interesting, I don`t see any EB3 case been approved. Can you put the EAC # here, so we can have an idea what`s going on.

Relieved at least the file has been touched and not lost in the dust even if it is an RFE :)

LUD change on Name Check results being entered into the Computer?

Has anyone tracked whether name check results being entered into the computer result in an LUD change?
 
Any activity including name check should result in a LUD. However the bloody message doesn't change.

Again LUD changed without message change

My LUD changed but not my wife's LUD. Are we close to approval? We are planning to India,but confused to go or not because of this recent LUD's. Please comment on this.

mine is same position.

After finger printing is done on 28th Feb 06, I got 2 LUD's with no message change.

did u see message change after ur finger printing is done??

Also..is ur I-140 approved??
 
same case my LUD changed but not spouse, just cancelled tickets to India

still not cancelled the approved vacation yet, since if we get interview call etc, we don't want to miss it..

My I140 was approved on September 2005. There was no message change after fingerprinting, only the LUD changed.

Waiting for magic email.

I observed that these days people are not getting message update(Only LUD change) after finger printing is done.

As said earlier, mine changed twice...not sure if my name check processed or not...

Did u check if ur name check got processes??
 
Will LUD change if the interview is scheduled??

I would like to know if LUD changes if they send letter for Interview??

Also..Will they send interview letters for all persons/they send randomly?

FP Notice: 01/04/2006, taken 01/18/2006 (LUD/I485 01/18,19,20/06 No MSG Change)
I140 AD: 02/01/2006 (No Ref and LUD before AD, LUD at AD only)
I485 AD: 03/10/2006 (No Ref, LUD after FP (3 times), 01/31/06, 02/17/06)
