EB2 and Time takes for the approval

Hi,
Recnetly My employer have filed LCA on EB2. Is it good? how long it takes for the approval? Which one is faster? EB1 or EB2 or EB3?
Can some one give the info?

This is the forum for EB2-NIW and EB1-EA (which don't have the LCA requirement). You are more likely to get an appropriate response in the LCA subforum.

Seems like you're knowledgeable in filing EB2-NIW. I would like to proceed with such application. Could you please shed some light on this. My situation:

My current employer has filed for I-140 and my labor is cleared under EB-2. Do you think I can proceed with filing another I-140 under NIW and I am assuming that I don't need any labor certification to file under this category.

If yes, could you also provide me with a link where I can find ways to file these documents.

Why do yo want to file for NIW if you already have approved I-140? Just read through the forum here. There are several posts with lists of documents you need. Most people use a lawyer since the I-140/NIW needs a lot of supporting documents that are complex to assemble.
