A person I know got his I140 and I485 proved in the first week of august. His RD date too was early August.

So, you may see both 140 and 485 approved pretty soon. All the best.

Let us know when it gets approved. My I140 RD date is 20 Oct. Waiting for LUD changes on my application

Thank you very much gs 123 .
But I received Ref on 26 Aug. What information Ins want I don't know.We will receive notice on 30 Aug.LUD chang on 08/26 and today 08/27 for I 140.
I 485 is the same.
I think they will ask corporation tax terurn and/or my recent paystub.Or about company.We start in 2001 in USA.
We have samall corporation 3 to 4 employee in US and 10 to 15 in India.
Both company doing very well.

My I140 and 485 were approved together! It looks like CSC is approving 140 and 485 together for all EB1C cases.

I'm still waiting for CP interview. Maybe I shoulda choose concurrent filing

The problem is that my current L1A visa is expiring pretty soon and I can't renew it cuz it's my seventh year of L1A status.

Do I have to leave US before my visa is expired??
