Although there seems to be a little movement on the EB2 and EB3 categories for I-140 petitions, the date for EB1C still appears to be frozen at February 11 (in fact, a few months ago it was at March something, then moved backwards!).
Considering that EB1 is supposed to mean "first preference", it's hard to understand what preference we're getting, since this category has the longest delay now of all of them at CSC.
When my petition was first filed, the online message said it was taking between 90-158 days for these types of petitions. At about Day 130 for me, it changed to 270-300 days. At about Day 250, it changed to 360-360 days (which is weird in itself - that's a range???). I'm now at Day 350...
There's another job in my company that I wanted to apply for that would qualify under AC21, but my company says I can't until my I-140 is approved.
Has anybody in this category seen any movement at all on their cases in the last few months - RFE or approval/denial?
