MY EB1A has been at TSC since Jan 12, 2007. On Feb 20, I upgraded it to premium. There were LUD's on my case on Feb 20, 21 and 22 but nothing after that. My attorney received the preimum receipt notice and my case status shows 'Request for premium processing received' but no LUD's after Feb 22nd. Should I be concerned? I noticed people getting approvals in 7-8 days at TSC.

Dont worry at all, is very normal when they take exactly 15 days to approve, they usually take 7-8 days with PP after RFE response. So I would'nt worry if i was you, You'll hear from them soon

You better send an email or call them (PP services). YOu explain to them your situation. Usually TSC is very prompt in PP cases.
Please make sure that your PP LUD was on 13 th not later. check your PP notice date once more. I will suggest you to hold your heart few more days (2-3) before talking to them. Good luck. Hope to see approvals ...

Did you receive any fax? Generally when they issue an RFE on a PP case, they fax it, at least NSC is doing that for sure.

Same situtation here also. Got RFE and replied it on Feb 26 so saw lud on 27 and 28th feb and nothing till now. Its also a PP case. Could you all provide the details of the RFE from TSC you got and also if you know the officer id? Lets see if there is any trend

The following documents were requested in the REF: copy of labor certificate, educational documents, and some type of documents from employer that shows, the company has ability to pay you salary. My case is EB2 though.

I had updated for PP just before christmas and I think that's why they sent me an RFE. In My RFE they had asked me to submit doucuments for 3 out of 6 : namely Society Membership, outstanding work, evidence to show that I am not merely a support perssonel but a contributor ( I got 3 letters from people out side my work place), international award, papers etc.. although all these were already provided we just sent it again. I had claimed 6 out of 10 but they asked me for 3 more out of the same 6. Hope this helps you.
When did you apply? cause my friends applied at the same time as me and they did not go through PP and got approved within 2-3 weeks after my RFE. So I would suggest that you just relax and wait for some more time. PP usually initiate RFE in most cases.

PP is not generating RFE from TSC anymore just for the sake of it. There are a lot of people recently in this forum got an approval from TSC after PP.
