Eb1-OR without Lawyer

Did anyone applied for EB1-OR without Lawyer? If so, Can Individual e-file 140 or HR (representative) need to file (employer has agreed to sponsor this application)?

Your employer must do the filing since its their petition. I would insist on a lawyer. HR people have no clue about EB1-OR petitions and your chances of success are slim with a poorly prepared petition.

you can not file EB1-OR application by yourself

For EB1-OR application, your employer (HR representative) can file it (e-file I-140 or paper-based I-140) without help of a lawyer.
