Thanks, I updated the last version of the tacker above. Yeah, kind of a slow down, they advanced one week of processing time in two weeks calendar. But let's keep an eye on the big picture. At least they are still moving, and they seem to be trying to keep the backlog as it is for a while. As I said above, I'd like to see them advance a couple months every two weeks, we'd all like this of course .... best way to help this happen is to work through petitions, as Mr Khanna has been doing (God bless him).

You phone the 1800 number in the USCIS where you are supposed to call if you are one month behind the processing mark, and they give you instuctions. I think it is your lawyer/employer the one who has to do it, but is seems to have worked a few times (including on my wife's EAD)

Thanks for asking! nothing yet! I am n't optimistic that my case inquiry would yield anything as skusa and mzgh still waiting. According to my immigration officer UCIS should respond to inquiry with in next 30 days. In next ten days my one month will be over(after inquiry). Let's see what happens!!!
I think it is more than a month for mzgh after he initiated his query. One more thing there are quite a number of I-140s (presumably EB1 and NIW )from May-August-2002 still pending!

Sadly enough, No news. Well, I did receive a 2nd FP notice for my spouse. It was done on Feb 2003. But I did not get one. I think the reason is that, as I remembered, my spouse tried several times to make the Fp at that day, but the machine kept failing. Then they just took what they got, and that is why the online status over the past a year or so for me is "review has been received, case resumed ...", for my spouse, it is "pending for review ...". I am not sure this is a good sign or not, but I almost lost interest to expect anything already, good or bad ..........

My I-140 rd was 9/20/2002 and not 2004 !!
So you should be next mendieta - probably even approved as i am writing this. Hope I-140 comes through soon for rajan123, july02 and others who are having to deal with added frustrations with INS.

I hope you are still a little drunk from the celebrations We'll see about my case, I'll keep my fingers crossed. But seeing a few cases well behind the "current time" and a few RFE's, I think that the chances of getting approved right when the processing time reaches are somewhere around 50% or so ...
The one thing that I think you cuold help with is to try to articulate this forum with the 485 - OR forums. There were talks some time ago to open a thread in the 485 forum for Outstanding Researchers, somehow associated to this one, and sort of cross-link between the trackers ... the person who was in the talks disappeared from here, maybe if you stick around a month or so we can implement this thing ... what do you think ?
