:) Great news! My husband's I-140 (EB1-OR) filed in Dec 12th 2002 at VSC has been approved. He just received a email notice from his company attoney. We filed 140 EB1-OR separtely for the sake of diversity. Mine has no update at all, although was filed one month earlier than his. But at least we are relieved with his approval. His 140 is opted for CP.

New Update, No Change

This is getting to be frustrating again :mad:

It has now been a month since the 140 EB1-OR category has moved. The other service centers are officially processing EB1 140s filed in late 2003. Any ideas on how to get VSC unstuck??

same for NIW. for all the other centers, the processing dates for different categories are approximately the same. but in VSC EA, OR and NIW are almost 2 years behind unskilled worker category. i am considering writing a letter to the senator of my state to complain about this.

Restoring yygov's date. Don't blame ap384, she/he just used the most recent post which already had your date stripped. I have also reformatted the data so it all lines up. The font is Courier New. Let me know what you all think and I can restore the "old" look if enough people don't like it.
