Hello all!
Hope this finds you all well. I have been working with a company since 2016 in the US. Let's call this company A. In 2020, I moved to Canda, however there has been no change in my employment designation or anything. I am still receiving my salary in my US bank account. I wanted to know if I am eligible to apply for the EB1 - C category (Multinational Manager or Executive)? Thank you for your time and help.
