My GC was filed with AOS based on my L1A in the EB1 category. It was filed in APR 2021 and still I have not receive decision on my I140. Long way to go for I-485. I only received I-765 card (not eligible for reentry) in JUL 22. I was constantly following up and recently I received travel approval of I-131. I am expecting the I-512 letter Advance Parole formal letter in next few days. I have an emergency situation to travel. Has anyone ever gone through such situation ? Is there any issue I may face while returning back since my I140 is not yet approved and I will be entering with NO VISA only EAD and AP.
