I have a 4 years degree (equivalent to BS in US) + 9 years of experience.
Is there a away I will be able to file under EB-2 ?
My lawer is claiming that my case can be filed only under EB-3 as my job profile "(Actuate Consultant) falls into the Computer Systems Analyst category. DOL rates that as an SVP of 7/Job Zone 4. That SVP/Job Zone states an individual should have a bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience.(http://online.onetcenter.org/link/summary/15-1051.00) clearly, not an EB2 category but an EB3" is this TRUE ?
In order to file my case under EB-2, under what job category my employer has to advertise my position for Labor certification process ?
