I am working in company A.Through A I got my EAD and my H1B is going to get extended.
After 180 days of EAD,If I want to go for company B which option is good?
1. Use H1 B transfer from company A to B and dont apply AC21.In this case A will be the sponsor.But if A came to know if I resigned,and if an RFE comes to A from USCIS, will I be in trouble?Using H1B transfer will be a safe option?
2, Or Just apply for AC21 after 180 days of EAD and proceed to B from A.
3,WHen movingout of company A to B, as per rule I need to go for same or similarjob.So should I know what is the name of the role and responsibility from my labor?
