EAD - Wrok - School

Me and my wife have received EAD card. I am on h1b now.

My wife is applying for school and hopefully will get admitted by fall next year. In the mean time she like to work .. i mean till fall next year. Is that ok? Does using EAD mean you have to continue to work and not stop working and join school etc .. any help appreciated.

Your wife can work for anybody she wants. If she stops working, it won't affect her in any way. Our spouses will get the best out of the EAD's. In our case, we can't stop working.
