Mine 3rd EAD Pending, My wife EAD approved.

My wife 3rd EAD approved yesterday. Mine is still pending. I am working on EAD.

RD : 23rd Dec 2005.
VSC EB3.

Not sure when they are going to work on my file.

There was a LUD change on my new EAD Renewals (for both).

Receipt date - 01/25

Approval date - ??
 
I sent in my application for EAD renewal. RD: 2/10/06, still waiting on approval. I even included that slip that comes with the initial EAD card to speed up the case.

When I log into to the USCIS website, I see the last updated date for my EAD application changed to 2/21/06. But the message has not changed. What does that mean? Does it mean they're working on it?

After filing EAD, most of them noticed the LUD change after 10 or 11 days. But no change in the status. I wonder what is going on?
 
Receipt notice not received

I mailed EAD application to VSC on 2 weeks ago and still today i didnt received receipt notice. How long it will take for me to receive the notice. please give ur experience. thank you

what kind of status changed are you hoping for?
are you hoping for EADs to be approved within 10 or 11 days after filing?
 
Waiting 3rd EAD - Expired in April

My 2rd EAD expired in April last week. I have sent to VSC for renewal on last week of dec 2005.

Still I am waiting. I got email from HR that I am going to be terminated at the date of EAD expired if I do not give them new EAD. Even My boss is worried more and stops giving any work to me. I know about interim EAD. But do not know what going to happen when my turn comes to go for it.

My wife EAD approved last week. It useless because she never used EAD! I just sent like that for EAD renewal.

Do not know what to do with VSC people. Why they do not give longer EAD like 2 year or till your I-485 gets on decision stage...

Life is without sleep. Now I think H1B is good compared to EAD status!.

Relax....you should be Ok when you go for your iEAD...sometime at the end of March ( 90 days from application).
I have not heard a case when they denied iEAD after 90 days.

I wish you good luck.
 
Awaiting AP and EAD renewal

Hi there,

I -131 Advance Parole and EAD renewal applied on 14th Feb with VSC.
Currently the processing time shows as 17 Dec,05.Hopefully should get it in next couple of months.

what is biometrics?

I have been through finger printing and namechack process in my local USCIS office 1.5 yrs back. Is it same as biometric?


Do I need to take it again as I am filing EAD renewal now?

Receipt notice not received

I filed my ead application to vsc more than 2 weeks ago. i didnt received receipt notice yet. How long should i wait for it? any info
