EAD Timeline: Updated

iEAD

I went to NY Federal Plaza yesterday. After arguing with the lady in the first desk whether its 90 days yet or not, I finally went to 9th floor. After waiting 4hrs 15 mins, I got my iEAD valid for 8 months.

Note : The lady tried to count 3 months not 90 days, not including the month of receive date. My receive date is october 10. She tried to say, it is not 90 days yet. november, december, january and come back in february. I was going to jump on her. :)
 
I got an email notice yesterday, mentioning that my EAD has been approved :)
Looks like, FP was holding up the process.

My Timeline:
RD: Oct 3, 2005
ND: Oct 11, 2005
AP Approval: Dec 23, 2005
AP Recd: Dec 28, 2005
FP Done: Jan 10, 2006
EAD Approval Notice Recd: Jan 11, 2006 (Email notice)
 
Received my EAD card in the mail.

EAD Aproved

My EAD was finally aproved on 1-19-06. I received the e-mail from CRIS stating that my application was aproved on January 19, 2006.


RD: 10-3-05
ND: 10-11-05
AP aproval: 1-10-06
FP: Got notice to show up for my fingerprinting on 1-29-05. However, I tried walking in to Denver ASC and they let me complete my biometrics for both 765 and 485 on 1-11-06
EAD Aproval: 1-19-06
 
MSC - which office?

Receipt notice starting with .... MSC, does that mean it is being processed in Vermont Service Center?

No.. thats MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER also known as NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER.

Whatever happened to the person who was updating the chart??

online status for I765: pending
no news on FP appointment date. :(

The NBC processing date shows that they are processing I765 on 11/18/05.

should I take any action, e.g. call up USCIS ? What can I do?

My NOA is earlier than yours, I just got my FP on Friday. Dont worry, yours is coming.

Mailed to Chicago lock box - 130, 485 and 765.
RD - 8/22/2005
ND - 8/25/2005

No approvals or deny till today.
Received iEAD from DO in December ..
Called USCIS 1-800 number twice to report.

Nothing happened so far .... anybody with same experience? any advice?
 
I got LUD 1/11.. it's been more than 7 business days already and nothing in the mail.. man!! this is driving me crazy. Will I get something or what? I live in West Palm Beach, FL
 
Finger print before walk-in iEAD?

I read somewhere on this thread that I need to get my FP done before walk-in for iEAD.

My 91st day from RD will be 02/06/06. also read on this thread that the 90 days is counting from RD, not ND. I'm gonna try to get an Infopass.

Got an offer letter, but contingent on EAD.

Should i call USCIS and get a FP appointment?

I have applied for I 485, EAD,AP and I 140 at TSC.
Application has been recived on 4th January 2006.
I have received the notices but whenever I check the status on USCIS web site, they have no change in message all thse days other than "App. received ...... 800-900 days for I 485 and 400 days for I 140 and 60-90 days for EAD..."

I am not understanding how come I haven't got any notice for FP or any changes in EAD.

I am getting worried. How long you guys think I should be waiting? or what should I do?

Is there any other way you check status?
Pplease Advise.

If you've applied for I 140, you are in the wrong Forum Thread. This thread is for the family based immigration I-130.

OMG!!! :confused: You applied on Jan 4, 2006. Are you really asking the forum members and are worried that you'ven't received anything in, what, last 20days? WOW.
Anyways, look at the other members timelines, that will give you a ballpark dates for your case. But remember this thread is for Family Immigration (Form I-130)

Is there any other way you check status? Please Advise.

You are already checking the status, what are you expecting from forum members, another alternate website. There is none HON.
Texas Service Center gives you the priority dates that are being processed.
