Like I said that I don't know much about your case so can't give you details. However, since you paper filed EAD you don't have to worry about biometrics but make sure that you have sent two photos or else you could get an RFE. The customer service rep doesn't have access to your actual file. They can provide basic generic information depending on what questions you ask. I don't think calling the customer service rep would result in a delay of your case. Goodluck and keep us posted.

Thanks, I did send 2 pictures. They also asked for mt birth certificate this time. They had never asked before. I will call TSC later today.

TSC Updates ... When do they get posted?

Hi!

Has anybody seen recent updates for the TSC? I have been tracking cases and the last update on http://trackitt.com/ goes back to 02/28/07. The USCIS web site has not been updated in 2 weeks either. My case is still pending, only one LUD 01/23.

Hi!

Still waiting too ... Nebraska has approved a couple. TSC has not approved any (not that I know of) since Feb 28.
