EAD RFE's

I keep hearing that there are a lot of RFE's on EAD these days specially requiring additional photo ID's

Does any body have any thoughts / opinions on this issue.

NSC asks for color copy of DL and passport page that has your name PP # photo, DOB.
They send RFE for these documents for EAD and AP
 
Rotny,

Not only are they (NSC) asking for color ids - they are also insisting they need latest photographs. I received an RFE for that - just responded today with new ones.
 
EAD Renewal

I filled my renewal of EAD on Nov 12th. My petiton goes to Nebraska Office. They received my file on Nov 13th. My EAD is expiring on Dec 17th. Is there any way we can get the EAD before the expiration date. Please help us , Any advice will be greately appreciated.

Did you got your EAD?, after submitting the documents(Color Copies) in response to RFE.I think you have sent the documents on 25th November. Normallly how many days it may take to approve the EAD after submiting the douments for RFE.
