EAD Renewal

I know there have been several messages about this. Could someone please point me to a thread for supporting documents required for EAD renewal along with I-765

See the cover letter I sent for EAD renewal below that has list of documents required.
VSC received my application for EAD renewal on May 6th 2003
and approved it today June 10th 2003.
FYI My EAC is EAC0316251***

4. Form I-797D
5. Copies of the following supporting documents
a. Front and back of present EAD
b. I-485 Receipt Notice
c. Important pages of my Passport
d. Driver's License
e. I-94

I forgot to add.
I heard that Sometimes VSC is asking for I-140 approval notice for EAD renewal.

I consider this as an optional. Nothing wrong in attaching a copy of it, if it is available.

The complete list would be

1. Fee of $120 payable to BCIS-VSC

3. BCIS form I-765, Renewal of Employment Authorization
4. Form I-797D

CURRENT Immigration status for e-filing

Thanks for that. One more question. I was using the e-filing to file for EAD renewal. The current immigration status drop list does not contain an item for "ADJUSTMENT APPLICANT". I entered as L-1 in 2001, but I have been using EAD. My wife entered as L-2 and has been using EAD to work. Can anyone shed some light on what CURRENT IMMIGRATION STATUS to choose???
