I got H1b on oct 2008.I was not working and was searching for the job.My consultant told me to apply for COS from H1 to L2 as my hubby is working on L1.
I applied for change of status on April 15 and still not yet recieved anything .When i enquired they r asking me to wait for another 6months.
Please do advise me like what shd i do next?
