My EAD expires on 5th May 2003. I applied for EAD renewal on 25th Feb 03. Is it ok to join new co on May 1st 03 while renewal is pending ? or i have to join after i get intrim EAD after 26th May 2003 (after 90 days) ?
I think you need EAD card physicially to able to work (with same company also), it's not like h1 that pending application will allow you to continue work. So better wait for EAD card.
