EAD renewal without valid nonimmigration status

Hi gurus,
I want to renew my 2nd EAD but I don't have valid nonimmigration status. My 485 ND is Oct 30, 03. I work on EAD now, and my H-1B was withdrawn by my previous employer. What should I fill in Form 765 entry #15: Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)?

I'd double-check on this but I believe that you would put "pending adjustment of status" for this situation...

AOS, pending AOS or "adjustee". They all refer to the same thing.
