EAD Renewal (Spouse) --Help Please

Now I am (PRIMARY APP) Applying 3rd EAD for me 120 days Advance, and I not willing apply for Wife because she not working and may be she wont work in next 3 months, so I would like apply 3rd Ead when she ready to work.
But Problem is My attorney wants her to sign EAD waiver,
I dont want waste money (attorney fee and filling fee) which I did for 2 EADs.
If we are lucky may get appoval before her EAD expires.

1) If she signs waiver can she apply EAD renewal Again,

your suggestion are most welcome for us .

Applying EAD is very simple thing, you don't have to go to Attorney.

I don't think there is such a thing as EAD waiver....
Ask your lawyer to fax you contents of the EAD waiver and post it on this forum.....

She does not need an EAD if she does not plan to work...
 
S....ur lawyer...Apply EAD urself...I applied 3rd EAD and 2nd AP myself..both approved now...
 
I think the attorney is asking for the EAD waiver to make sure that he/she is not held responsible for not applying EAD.

It most probably will say that you are intentionally not applying for EAD and you understand that you can not work with out EAD.

U r Right , This is only Attorney Office purpose. so that LATER they are not responsible for not applying.
