is the date mentioned on the handwritten receipt the RD date for EAD renewal. Do we get another receipt with RD/ND?

EAD renewal receipt question

EAD Receipt
I applied for EAD renewal on Feb 17, 2003 using FedEx. INS received my EAD application on 2/19/2003 using $88.00. Today I received a hand written acknowledgement from INS saying that my $88.00 application fee has been accepted. INS changed new fee from 2/17/03. It it normal to get hand written receipt, when should I expect my normal receipt.........
