EAD Renewal ..Please Help

Hi,

My EAD is expiring in Feb 05' 2009. My I485 was denied because of my I140 denial, I filed MTR 6 months back and it is under AAO now.

My question is, Can I renew my EAD while my I140 is pending with AAO.
And What will be status of my I485, Let say if approve my I140.

Please answer at best of your knowledge.

No you can not, and if you apply you will lose the fee. To apply for EAD your request for MTR should be granted and if so, your I485 will return back to the pending status again and by then you can apply for renewal of EAD. By I140 denial, your I485 is also in denial status (not pending anymore)
