EAD Renewal from VSC

This is the info from one of my friend
EAD Renewal from VSC
Documents Sent on 23 June (by mail)
EAD Approved (according to BCIS online status) on August 1
this is not efiling case
Copy of approved I-140 was NOT attached or sent later, no RFE
 
I think I efiled before that, nothing yet. Hope they didn't lost all efilers due to inexperience :confused:
