Documents need for renew EAD

ChinnaKmm,

I sent my application by mail. The documents need for renew are:

1.Application Form (I-765)
2.Application Fee ($120)
3.Copy of latest I-94 (front & back)
4.Copy of current EAD (front & back)
5. 2 photos of Green Card spec.

Download http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/i-765.pdf to read the detail.

The most important is "You should apply for a renewal EAD six months before your original EAD expires", I just knew it.

Good luck !:p

question for who got EAD card after approval?

After case approval, how long does it take to receive EAD card in mail ?

*Does this status means EAD card is under issuance ?
This case has been approved. On December 3, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address.

* After receiving card, does the case status look like this ?
On December XX, 2002, after approving your application, we ordered a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

------ your EADcard should be in the mail. you may recieve EAD card in 5-6 days after the above message

I received my EAD renewal card today (December 13th), this
renewal application was filed on August 3rd.

My 2 cents for people who are looking to apply renewals, plan atleast
4-5 months ahead to avoid any breaks in your employment.
