I have an EAD,have not used it yet but plan to,how do you guys approach a new employer,do you have to tell them that you have an EAD and that you (the employer ) will have to fill up and send an I-9 form?

Do youhave to explain tothem the difference between an anH1B and an EAD and the whole shabang, kinda makes the whole converstaion distatseful from the beginning.

I kinda feel that by saying that you set your self up for employment discrimination since(especially)given the current outsourcing scene every Indian hire is apotential job murderer.

Any comments??

Thanks for all you guys do ...

I9 is not sent anywhere. HR will know what an EAD is and all employers (should) know what documents are allowed as support documents for I9. I would tell the hiring manager that what you have is a temporary green card, which you keep renewing until the permanent one comes.

Dont have to feel guilty about outsourcing.
