EAD lost/stolen in one month of approval, We did filed a complain with police & have case number, what needs to be done, does it have any impact on I485,what are the documents required to re-apply.
 
You can get an interim EAD from INS sub/district office .

But generally, it will be considered as a new app. With the case # or copy of police complaint, you need not wait for another 40-90 days for the EAD.
Essentially, your EAD validity dates might be retained, but you have to pay the fees again.

I Just have the case number & not the copy of police complaint, should i go to local police station & get it just in case, Thanks a lot.
