Hi,

I lost the cover letter attached to EAD . I think i need it for extending EAD.

What is the procedure to get duplicate?


If I use EAD , Do i lose my H1b status?

As I applied for EAD as a dependent , what is my status if my spouse's I140 is rejected?


ANy body is there to help me out???

--- Once you use EAD you are not on H1 status
As I applied for EAD as a dependent, what is my status if my spouse's I140 is rejected?
The EAD will be denied, do you have still valid H4 visa stamped in your passport and valid I-94? Did your spouse who is on H1 also use the EAD? Or he is still maintains H1 status with employer? Till what date his H1 is valid if EAD not used? Answer depends on these questions.
 
It is not must, they have written that if you send that Top part your EAD will be expedited for processing, in reality it takes the same time. Write on your cover letter in bold Form I-765 RENEWAL OF EMPLOYEMENT AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT (EAD) and your A #……….

Also write out side of the letter in BOLD” I-765 RENEWAL OF EMPLOYEMENT AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT (EAD)”
