Hi,
I have got my EAD and AP.
first H-1b visa expiring in 6/2004.
Employer ready for H-1b renewal.
Is it required i apply for h-1b renewal or usemy Ead .planning tovisit india.
any input appreciated

---- If your I-140 is approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days then you are safe to use EAD or H1
Employer ready for H-1b renewal.

--- File the H1 extension it is in your interest to be on H1 status, if employer is ready to file let him file the H1 extension

i-140 approved 01/2004
I-485 applied oct 24 ,2003.
My employer will not pay for h-1b renewal.
Is it worthwhile to go for h-1b renewal
