EAD Expires May 9 2007. How to get H-1?

Hi All. I graduated from UC-Irvine, and I have been working on EAD as a Temp worker at a company.

My EAD expires on May 9, 2007.

The company I work in have shown interest in hiring me as a full-time employee.

1) I need to know how should I tell my manager concerning the H-1 visa. Will I get an H-1 visa in time before my EAD expires?

2) If not, is it possible to extend my EAD? If yes, how can I do that, when are the deadlines and for how many more months is added in an extension?

3) If I can't extend my EAD, what other options do I have?

2) If not, is it possible to extend my EAD? NO If yes, how can I do that, when are the deadlines and for how many more months is added in an extension?

3) If I can't extend my EAD, what other options do I have? Only H1 or another F1
