EAD expired, H1b 6yrs expiring

Hello,

My 6yrs H1b is expiring in July.

My EAD has expired on 4/4/2005, but never used it.
Can I renew my EAD without having to go through H1 7yr extension?

I don't have EAD mailer. What are the implications of not having EAD mailer?

------ you should have applied EAD renewal, it is better to keep EAD and AP

----- you CAN renew EAD but it may take 80-100 days depending on your service center. I will file 7th year H1 extension NOW as good back up

How can i file for 7th year extension without able to get approved LCA withing 2 months? (my h1 is expiring in two months)

Meanwhile I'm hoping to get my 485 adjudicated.

------- file the 7th year H1 with pending I-485 reciept, one can get new LCA in 2 days.
Meanwhile I'm hoping to get my 485 adjudicated.

I have no clue of the requirements for getting LCA in two days. Also how to proceed. Is there a website to file online to get LCA on 2days.

If we can get in two days, why everybody else is waiting more than 365 days?

--- go to DOL site and read about LCA it can be filed online by employer.I think you are mixing LCA and LC,LCA is filed with H1 and LC is for GC
