EAD card not received in 90 days and it may take 60 more days

Hi all,

90 days has passed after the filing of I765, I131 and I485 and I just received a letter in mail today saying that I have to wait 60 more days to receive a decision or notice of other action. What could this mean? I am a little worried that there may be something wrong in my file that has delayed my case for so long. FWIW, my case is based on NIW approval.

It is normal in some cases to take more than 90 days for a EAD.

Get an Infopass appointment and find out.

Infopass does not know why it hasn't been issued yet. Should I expect my lawyer to get involved?
