great news - now approving EAD's that are 4 months old, just about at their 90 days target, wonder if they will hit 60 days and one can only hope that all the additional resources focused on this will be put on GC's.

Where else might they put it? AP's? Maybe 2nd FP notices? What other huge backlogs are there?

Somehow, I am not sure of that. It would be great if I was proven wrong though.
I noticed that VSC jit has not moved since a month or so. Maybe 485 will not be a priority for some time now.

what's wrong with my EAD?

Mine is WAC030315XXXX with a RD 10/31/2002.

BUT still not approved ?

WHY?

Because of my concurrent filing of I140/I485?

My I140 was approved on March and my AP was approved on April.

U r not alone ..My husband' ead is also pending with RD Jan 07 2003. WAC 030765.... online status mesg hasnt changed god knows whats going on..
