EAD approved after RFE

I-94?

did you send a copy of I-94 when you filed for your EAD extension? I am so worried as my attorney did not ask me for my copy of I-94 for my EAD extension. Is I-94 required? My attorney, of course, now, I have less confident in him, says that the only copies required are

a) copy of current EAD front and back
b) EAD mailer
c) I-485
d) two photographs
e) form I-765

Please advise.
 
Mine was FIRST TIME EAD. So I did send copy of I-94.

I do not know whether it is a MUST for renewal, since you already have EAD!

copy of I-94 is not MUST for EAD renewal as your I-485 is pending.

Copy of I-94( front and back) is needed if you file for I-485 AND EAD at same time.

if your service center is NSC then you may get RFE for Color copy of DL and color copy of your passport first page, I hope you have not sent that.

VSC also asked for the same color copy of PP and DL from other poster for EAD
