My EAD renewal was approved today at VSC.

RD: 01/23/2003
ND: 01/25/2003
AD: 02/12/2003

Self-filed application, shud have waitied one more day to pay less fees, but oh-well, what happens, happens for the good..

Did you received your EAD card. Mine is alos approved on 1/23/2003 but did not received the actual card yet. Do you know how much time does it take to arrive in the mail.

Mine EAD was approved on 1/23/2003. On line status says that card will be mailed to me as soon as it ready. Do you have any idea how long does it take to get the actual card in the mail.

I have read in the forum somewhere... taking about 2 weeks.... But I am not 100% positive about that.

Did you try calling the INS office and inquiring.


Also just for information can you share your RD and ND.

How much time it will take to get card in hand?

I am also starting new job today!
 
Yes.It took 90days!!Why it takes so long?My husband still waiting fo AD.( He applied New EAD same day.):( :confused:
 
Just learned about my EAD renewal case.

RFE Date - 02/21/03

Do not know details.

Hoping it is quick... Anybody have idea, how long it takes after RFE is responded.

Question regarding the validity dates on the EAD...


What is the start date on the EAD you recvd?

Like in Ead renewal is it back to back.???

If previous EAD expired on Jan 04 2003 and do you recv the new one with start date of Jan 05 2003 ?
 
Validity Dates on Renewal

Yes its back to back dates on Renewal. It goes in One year increments and hopefully for the better WE dont go for the Second Ead Renewal :)

First EAD : Feb 12,2002 to Feb 11,2003
Renewal EAD : Feb 12,2003 to Feb 11,2004

(Note : Ead card was recvd on Feb 24th only)
