EAD Approved; 01/23 RD, 01/25 ND

I would say, they would cash it when an officer picks up the case....

That is just a hunch... I do not have anything to backup that statement.
 
Hi

My wife's EAD (First time) was approved 31-Jan-2003 and the message said
"On January 31, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready"

It changed to the following on Feb 22

"This case has been approved. On February 22, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed......."

It has been more than a week and we are yet to receive the card.

Did it take more than 10 days for any of you to receive the card by mail after it was sent by INS? I though it should have arrived by now
