Applied on April 12th took only 40~ days
 
While wating for GC to be approved 3rd EAD got approved

I'm waiting for my GC approval and re'ved email today that my 3rd EAd has been approved today. I filed it on April 16th and it got approved on 25th may.
That was too quick.
Hope that would have been GC approved email. :confused:

One bad thing is that the valid date is from Feb/04 to Feb/05 while current one will expire in March/04.

2/18/04 approve per online, 2/27 received card.

Sometimes the USCIS srews up and issues cards valid from the date they issue them, not the day after the current one you hold expires. In my wife's case, she applied for a renewal well in advance, they issued a new one, but the start date was Sept 03 instead of Dec 03, when her current one was to expire - therefore she lost three months of paid-for EAD status. (Lawyer advised us to let it be as it would open a can of worms best left closed).
 
My EAD renewal (3rd EAD) was filed online on March 3rd, 2004. Approved on June 4th 2004 according to online message.

Waiting for I-485 approval now.

EAD with ND Feb 20, 2004 is still pending

There is still no approval on my 3rd EAD that had a notice date on Feb 20, 2004. I don't see any unapproved EAD case as old as mine. I had two fax inquiries since May 10. But heard nothing from CIS.

No luck on my I-485 (wac02093*****) yet.

I see a lot of people getting their EAD very fast.

Still have not got my EAD yet. Is this normal. Should I wait for some more time. Will the online status change once the EAD is approved.

Me and wife:
EAD application was submitted along with 485.
RD June 17 and ND June 21 2004 per the receipt notice.
Then on june 27th, LUD changed the notice to "On June 27, 2004, your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received here for processing. It is taking between 90 and 90 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete".

But the JIT says, they are doing June 21 2004 now!!

So i really am not sure whats going on!

Is there anyone who applied for EAD/485 in the same time frames ?

RFE generated: Apr-19-2004 (EVL, W-2, Tax Returns)
2nd FP Scheduled: Sep-07-2004
Walked in and did FP at Santa Ana, CA on Aug-27-2004

Now, awaiting for approval. Hoping to hear the magic words soon.

Ironically, it came the next day after 485 approval :).
