My 3EAD ND 01 30 04.

No approval yet.... How come guys filing later than me getting approved:mad: :(
 
Don't feel too bad ibm101. I filed in 12/16 and no approval yet either. Like everything else, there's a lot of this without rhyme or reason in the approval cycle --

I'm so glad I filed 6 months before my current ead expires -- i thought i wouldn't need to but that was just naivete

WAC -04 -084 - NOT APPROVED

mine not touched by CSC. Probably Don is singling me out as I am sending too many mails......:confused:
 
WAC-04-097 EAD approved for me and my wife
WAC-04-097 Advance parole also approved for me and my wife

My lawyers sent documents on Feb 19th.

This is my 3rd EAD and advance parole.

I guess it certainly was worth giving the lawyer all that money.
I can see that some people who have filed personally just stuck
for long time.
 
got my III EAD approval

Filed on Feb 4th. WAC 04-084. Got my III EAD approval, went through lawyer. Company paid for it.

Not sure if this will be valid from the end of my II EAD.

No e-filing, just sent it by Fedex as I always did.

On April 13, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

Please look at the bottom of your 2nd EAD and #rd EAD. A day after the end date of your 2nd EAD will be the start date of your 3rd EAD until the next one year.
 
I would like to apply my AP and EAD renewal for 3rd AP & EAD. The payable to option EAD application was “Immigration and Naturalization Service”. Is it correct or is it a old information? (Because INS changed their name to USCIS)

EAD receipt .. how many days

Our lawyer applied for my spouse's EAD On April 16th. We have not recieved any reciept notice asof yet.

How long is it taking nowadays to get the notice?

Hi Guys,

I am new here.My ND for Concurrent I-140/485 is 03/26/2004.I got receipt no as WAC-04-122-*****.How the 2002 guys also got WAC-04......

Can somebody explain this
