Got RFE for I-140 approval notice 15 May 2003
Responded to RFE. Response received 20 May 2003.
Sent a fax inquiry 24 June 2003. No answer.
Sent a fax inquiry to division 12 (2nd level inquiry)) 18 July 2003.
Approved 24 July 2003 as per web site.
Card not received yet.

EAD WAC-03-157 approved July 30

as per website. I'll confirm when I get the card.

Now keeping my fingers crossed on getting my AP approved (RD July 14) by mid-October.
 
Both WAC-03-157 and 158 EAD renewal approved and mailed

On July 24, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

Both cases for my dependents were approved today (on 7/30).

2nd EAD...renewal pending

hi,
This is my 2nd EAD and the reciept no. is WAC 03 167 5XXXX.
Not approved yet and my current EAD expired July 28th.

So, am currently at home enjoying my short vacation....:)

Will complete 90 days on 7th august so planning to go to the local INS to get my iEAD on 8th. But sincerely hope it gets approved before that.

How long it takes for the ead card to come in mail ?

My 2nd EAD is approved on July 18th, but still have'nt got it. Any idea how long it takes in CSC ?
 
I thought of doing the same thing for my Iead. But i got the RFE on 90th day for my Labour approval. I replied for the RFE and my case was approved 23 days after my reply to RFE.

U should hv received. mine got approved on 18th ad got my cards in mail by 25th.give another week then call BCIS.
 
wac 03 154 EAD card received by mail yesterday for wifey...mine still pending (though approved as per on-line msg)

BCIS atlast approved my second EAD.

RD : April 21, 2003
Approval date : Aug 1 2003.
 
RFE for signature card!!!!

Hi guys,

Today I received RFE for my EAD renewal application. The RFE is about the missing signature card !!!
But the latest I-765 form says you don't have to submit the signature card. On BCIS site http://www.bcis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-765.htm it is written in RED ink.

Then why the hell they are asking it for me ????? I already lost 1 week due to EAD expiration. Seattle office gave me iEAD for 3months only hopefully by then my EAD gets approved.
