EAD approval for those filed in Nov and Dec

What center filed NSC or MSC ??
 
I wanted to update you all that my EAD was approved on Feb 9, 2006. Got a letter from USCIS that my request (dated Feb 1, 2006; the day my EAD expired) for expedited processing was accepted. My sincere thanks to the folks at NSC.

Here is all the info
AD - Dec 17; ND - Dec 18; FP - Jan 10; Expedite Request #1 sent Jan 21 - No result; EAD Expired - Feb 1; Sent another expedite request that was accepted; Got email about approval on Feb 9 :)

Are you sure the approval was the result of expedite request? NSC has already a approving applications from mid Dec.

MY First EAD was filed on Nov 9th to NCS, I got 3 LUD changes on Jan29 to Jan31 and no news since then, any similar situation? Please advice.

Call them

Yours should have been approved by now. Sometimes for some strange reason online status message does not get updated. Check with your Lawyer to see if they got the approval notice.

Or else call USCIS national customer service.

I just went to info path for this case and the I-485 case as well.

the officer said i should get the card any time and he said to call again by end of feb if i do not get it. I hope it did not get lost on mail or somthing..
 
filed on 01/05/2007 and approved on 02/09/2007

I had a RFE and now approved.. the lawyer did not sent copy of I140.. stupid... else it would have been aproved in jan 2007... TSC

That is super fast for NSC!!! That's good to hear, Iam still waititng for a RD from NSC, soon I have to keep telling myself that...
 
EAD filed in Dec

I filed myI485, I130, and EAD in Dec. I received all my receipts and did FP.January 15 I got a request for more documents for my I 485, does that mean that my EAD will be pending until they get the info? Is it 90 days for EAD from the time they get the info for the I485?
Please let me know, I can't sleep.

I did concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485. My EAD and AP were filed together with my I-485.

My signature:

I-485 Receipt Date: Dec 27, 2006
Code-3 FP done : Jan 23, 2007
LUD : Jan 24, 2007
 
EAD approved

The EDA for my husband has been approved on 2/9/07, ND 12/7/06
first time EAD, paper, filed with NSC

Congrats on the approval. Do you know what is the received date of the EAD. And do you know if they process by Received date or notice date?

I applied for my spouse on Dec 19th and we got a notice with received date Dec 21st, Notice Date Jan 26th on Feb 2nd.

Does anybody know in what order they process?

Don't worry!

I think I-485 and I-765 (EAD) processing are different. When they issued you a receipt notice for I-485 that indicates that they accepted your I-485 petition for processing. That alone is a sufficient reason for them to issue a EAD. So in other words and RFE on I-485 in NO way effects your EAD processing.

You just have to wait out the EAD processing waiting time.

Looking at your receipt notice date, I believe you should get your EAD in around 2 to 3 weeks time.

It was TSC

I think that reported EAD approval with Jan filing date was from TSC. not NSC.
