EAD application help!!

Hi,

I am applying for EAD renewal on my own and I had couple of questions about the form :

1. I applied for 485 @ CSC. Recently I got an email saying my case has been transferred to Lincoln, Nebraska. Where should I send my EAD application.
2. My wife entered US last time with AP. What would her immigration status be now. Also the manner of last entry.

Also the manner of last entry.

If your wife had valid H status when she entered and she continues to maintain her status, then the current status would be H-x (depends on what status she has)
Otherwise, its like what ginnu mentioned.
