EAD/AP renewals! Please help!

Could someone please help me with the following question?

1. When applying for RENEWAL of EAD and AP , what documents do I need to send in?

2. Which ADDRESS can I send them in? Can I send both EAD and AP forms in the same envelope?

3. BOTH EAD and AP can be sent to the same address?

4. I'm not on H1 anymore, currently I'm on EAD, so my status is 'Adjustment of Status', is that right?

5. the A# is the number on the current EAD right?

6. How long is it taking ( approximately, I know its hard to tell:) for EAD and AP renewals?

sorry but that website is not helping enuf. Its still confusing to me. I need to know what are all the documents I need to send in for renewals. The website says the AP filing fee is $130 but actually its $110 now. The website says the filing for renewal is 'same' as first time filing, but its NOT true. I don't think I have to send in ALL the docuemnts I sent in initially.

So, I'm asking for help from someone who HAS applied for the renewals and can reply to my questions number by number.

homepage --- forms --- I-765, read instructions before downloading, then read instructions on the forms. You need to read both instructions very carefully.

You can do the same thing on I-131 application.

There are different PO Box numbers for these two application. Go to --- field offices, find the state you are in, click Texas service center, then there is a long list of information. Go through these information and you definitely will find the right address to send to. Take some time and good luck!
 
Renewal EAD

I knew about EAD Renewal because today I applied.

1. I 765 form
2. Copy of your I-485 Receipt
3. Copy of I-94 (Front and back)
4. Copy of EAD (Front and back)
5. Two Photos (Ins Standard)
6. Cheque for $120.00 per application (Payable to 'Immigration and Naturalization Service)
7. Where to file : Send the papers to the same address where you filed your I-485. (P.O.BOX-851488, Mesquite, TX-75185-1488)
8. Your current status should be "AOS is Pending"
9. A Number is from your EAD card A number
10. You sould send seperate envelope(For safer side)

Let us wait and see how long does it take.

This was great help! But are you sure we have to send I94 card too? Some one also mentioned the top portion of the hard paper that the EAD came in, I'm including that too. ANd EAD and AP both go to the same P.O Box number in Mesquite? Someone suggested to send them in the same envelope:)

I'm just trying to double check:) I can't call my lawyer since they said it will cost the $300 to apply thru them. Would calling INS be any help for the exact address?

My EAD is going to be expired on 12/27/2002. My Attorney asked me to pay $300.00 for filing EAD renewal for mine and mywife.
So, I did it on my own. My attorney says we need to file our EAD extenstion atlease 4 months in advance.

1. I did sent my I-94 copy because I got new I-94 after I filed our I-485 (That means we visited to India).
Even otherwise we need to send copy of I-94 (Front and back).
2. I did mailed our papers on seperate envelope.
3. I did not file AP yet. So someone will answer to your question.

I remember see something that EAD renewal should be mailed to the same location where you filed your I-485. thats what I mailed to PO.BOX 851488 instead of someother PO.BOX number.
