Re-scheduling FP...

Hi, has anyone re-scheduled their FP ? My spouse and kid went to India recently. I had been tracking and was under the impression that i will get to know about FP a month or so in advance. Now my FP date is 02/12/02 ..
Pleas help me know how easy/difficult is to get a re-scheduling by about 2-3 weeks. Does it greatly delay the GC process???

I was told by the IIO that it takes 60 days to clear the FP. I think FP clearance has its own queue. But 485 approvals take place on RD OR ND of 485 rather than FP. So by rescheduling FP should not delay the GC process -- I think.

Also, could you please tell us what is RD and ND for 485 and which state?

EAD Approved on 01/21 for me & my husband. I rcvd the card but...

But for my husband\'s case AVM still says "On Jan 21st after approving your case we ordered you a new card...".

I have rcvd the EAD card. The AVM for my case says "This case has been approved on 01/23. An approval notice has been sent...". The lawyer has already received the notice for my EAD approval. No news about husband\'s EAD. He is the primary applicant. RD 12/26, ND 01/09, State-IL, EB2 India.

Is this normal at VSC?
 
FP - HELP!

Gurus, Pls help!

I am going to FP in Hempstead NY in February. I read on this forum that if you do FP on computer, it got transferred to VSC faster. Is that true? How do you request to do it on computer instead of on paper?

your things are moving really fast, at this pace I think you should expect your GC by March end.
when are you planning to do your FP?
 
My EAD&AP approved RD-12/26 ND-1/8

I got RFE for my wife\'s EAD and her AP is also pending but my son\'s AP is also approved.
 
ssh...FP is scheduled for 03/05..But I am going to give a shot around 2nd week of Feb..Hope the pace

 
 
Go ahead and do it as far as I know there is no problem in getting it done early!

RFE for Wife\'s EAD received and replied!!

Received a strange RFE about her wrong Date of Birth in their system!!
RFE replied (copies of Birth certiface and all affidavits, which we have already given them with the application)..
Now waiting for the AVM to update!!!
