EAD , AP Expired, H1 Petition available.

Hello gurus,
I have EAD and AP. My employer filed for H1 Extension and I have the H1 approved petition. Say I applied for New AP and still pending, can I go to my country(India) and go to Consulate , get New H1 Stamped and Come back to US in H1 Visa? Will there be any problem ?

yes, you can. No problem. As long as you have some more time left in 6yrs of H visa
