EAD, AP & FP status for May, 2001

RD 5/15 ND 7/17 AP approved 8/12

Please update my information in may 485 tracking list. My AP was approved per AVM on 8/12.

got receipt, filed on 5/30

filed on 5/30/01, csc AVM told me they received on 8/6, I got notice from my lawyer today, don\'t know the RD, ND...
 
Interim EAD for the wife from SJC

RD: 5/14/01 ND: 7/16/01 AP: 08/10/01 Interim EAD (8 months): 08/15/01

Got the interim EAD for my wife today frm SJC.

Went at 3:00 AM. At 7:00 AM we got number 67. Waited inside till 9:30.
The person at the counter was very polite, just asked us for the 485 and 765 receipt. Asked for the photo ID (Passport). He said copies don\'t work so he just asked my wife to sign again. He put in the WAC# in his computer took a printout and wrote "No Fee" and "valid for 8 months", stapled everything and sent her off to the photo counter. She put the stapled docs in a tray at the photo counter and sat down. 10 mins later the photo lady called her, took finger print, saw passport, took photo and asked her to go and sit down. 5 minutes later the lady called my wife and gave the Interim EAD.

Apart from the wait from 3:00 AM, the INS procedure was very swift.

This will help the yield of your work by 10 fold.

Don\'t get me wrong, in today\'s world, packaging is more important than the product itself sometimes.
