AP approved on 23-JUL-01 as per AVM. I didn\'t get the approval notice so far
RD:05/09 ND:07/11 and WAC-01-231-XXXXX for all 485/EAD/AP
 
RD is 04/30/01 (not quite May, but close enough :))

Can FP come during my(RD:05/17) travel during 08/18-09/11

Hello Freinds, I am travelling to India during 08/18-09/11. Is there a chance that I get FP notice during that period. My RD is 05/17. Even if it comes, will the actual date on which FP is done will fall during this period ? OR when we can expect to get the FP notice and how the process of FP works from the time, when they give notice for that.
Carter yen, sorry for the typo in my previous posting, my RD is 05/17 and not 05/19. And it was filed on 05/16. Can you update the info ?

AOS/AP/EAD filed on 5/1/01. (EB2 RIR), received receipt notice
on 7/15/01.

RD: 5/01/2001
ND: 7/10/2001

AP approved on 7/25/01 via AVM. no FP notice yet.
