EAD and AP address

I just want to verify is this the correct address for sending AP and EAD for VSC our application are pending in VSC. It sound like silly question but if I get the answer I feel relieved.

For spouse EAD renewal the number 16 in EAD is c09. Please correct me If I am wrong.

I'm a NEbraska Person and after reading your Q i looked for mailing address on INS website for vermont. I musttell you that NSC has categorized things in much better way then Vermonts.
ON Vermot's page this is it which is what you posted( so i guess thats true )
Mailing Your Application/Petition to Us:

All application packages other than N-400 applications should be sent to:
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Vermont Service Center
75 Lower Welden St.
Saint Albans, Vermont 05479

But On NSC page we have PO BOx addresses categorized by types of forms. Anyways you don't need to know that.


For both of you answer in #16 is C09 as you both are on AOS pending status.

* ** For EAD: Out side the envelopes write in big bold letters: Form I-765 for EAD
**For AP: Out side the envelopes write in big bold letters: Form I-131 for Advance Parole
· Send it in separate envelops don’t send your application and your spouse applications in same envelope they are expert in missing Photographs you may get EAD with your spouse Photo and your spouse may get EAD with your photo.
Back side of photographs write the A# with pencil, name, DOB and put it in small envelope and on envelope also write Name, A#, DOB and photographs for AP or EAD

Send seprate envelope for each application so that they dont mix up
