EAD and 1099

Does anyone know a person with EAD allow to work on 1099 as independent contractor? I know for sure H1 holder has to work on w-2 as employee.

you want somebody to do 1099 or or you seeking somebody who is on EAD and 1099?
EAD and 1099 is ok, as long as the GC applicant still maintains the job described in the LC/140 somehow...
 
Yes u can work on 1099 using ur EAD. But if are joining another company who did not sponsor ur GC, the job title and salary should be the same
